I am pretty sure that quite a few of these service providers would *love*
the publicity of providing free upgraded plans for Debian Developers if we
asked them. Google alone could easily just flip the toggle on Gemini Pro
for a couple thousand accounts without breaking a sweat. Think of LWN
subscriptions and of free hosting and compute capacity that quite a few
providers have happily provided to the project over the decades. This might
actually be an *enabler* for DDs and DMs with limited access to such
technologies currently. And having an explicit framework enabling such work
inside Debian is a key step for getting and using such support.
