I'd like to add that I think its important that this proposal condemns
the usage of AI but not the users of AI. Help really welcome!
(and maybe it also needs to differate between local LLMs and others,
or maybe rather how this distinction is used to hide $evil.)
i've started a pad to work on the 1-3 paragraphs "in addition to
proposal F" now,

also, this needs a title. proposal f is titled
"A cautious approach to generative AI"
so maybe
"A cautious approach to ..., LLMs and generative AI and whatnot"
?
