I think this is meant to serve as an indication that we are tired discussing this subject and discussing this further will not lead to any outcome. But I agree with you: this is not a useful option at all and we already have ETOOMANYOPTIONS. We will have to make a decision at some point in time. Merely saying we will not discuss this further is going to neither halt another GR, nor make us not decide on this topic forever. Best, Nilesh
