could someone help me casting my vote? I keep on getting error messages:

I have been trying both the embedded GPG client in Evolution as well as
signing and encrypting my ballot on the command line and sending it with
the mail command, but it keeps being rejected.
$ gpg --clearsign \
--local-user $MY_EMAIL \
--recipient "[email protected]" \
--armor gpl-vote-llm-2026.txt
then send it with:
$ mail [email protected] < gpl-vote-llm-2026.txt.asc
Any idea?
