wb command is not working for unpriviledged users

Coin,

I just needed to run the following command on grieg:
  wb info postgresql-9.0 . amd64
but got the following result:




so i dumped the content of the related variables:
$user = undef;
$recorduser = '';
$op_mode = undef;
$distribution = 'sid';
$privmode = undef;
$simulate = 0;
It seems $op_mode is not properly set.

Could you have a look please?
