That URL isn't particularly useful -- it gets you a tarball and a link to a page which makes no mention of php-clam. Since this package is a C module, it should probably be named php4-clam (or php4-clamav, more accurately) so that a php5-clamav can be made later. libphp-<foo> is typically reserved for library packages written in and for PHP. - Matt
