We'd need someone to review the open bugs, and implement the features/fixes that are deemed to be worthwhile. (I have some rough ideas about the non-dpatch-edit-patch bugs, and I'm happy to explain them to anyone volunteering to help.) It's not something hard or anything, just takes more time I actually have, and will have in the near future. --------------------------------------- Received: (at 264567-done) by bugs.debian.org; 17 May 2005 18:39:00 +0000 >From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue May 17 11:39:00 2005 Return-path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: from 5301d.unt0.torres.l21.ma.zugschlus.de (torres.int.l21.ma.zugschlus.de) [217.151.83.1] (Debian-exim) by spohr.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.35 1 (Debian)) id 1DY6y3-00062n-00; Tue, 17 May 2005 11:39:00 -0700 Received: from lefler.int.l21.ma.zugschlus.de ([192.168.130.38]) by torres.int.l21.ma.zugschlus.de with esmtps (TLS-1.0:RSA_AES_256_CBC_SHA:32) (Exim 4.50) id 1DY6y0-0007T9-9K for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Tue, 17 May 2005 20:38:56 +0200 Received: from mh by lefler.int.l21.ma.zugschlus.de with local (Exim 4.50) id 1DY6xz-0000it-LD for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Tue, 17 May 2005 20:38:55 +0200 Date: Tue, 17 May 2005 20:38:55 +0200 From: Marc Haber <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: Re: RFA: dpatch -- patch maintenance system for Debian source packages Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> User-Agent: Mutt/1.5.9i Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.60-bugs.debian.org_2005_01_02 (1.212-2003-09-23-exp) on spohr.debian.org X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-3.0 required=4.0 tests=BAYES_00 autolearn=no version=2.60-bugs.debian.org_2005_01_02 X-Spam-Level: On Wed, Mar 16, 2005 at 03:22:05PM +0100, Marc Haber wrote: > On Wed, 16 Mar 2005 22:40:33 +0900, Junichi Uekawa > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > >Since I do care about dpatch, and I do use it a lot in my packages, > >I will be willing to help out / adopt this package. > > After organizing on IRC, Junichi and I will take over the package. > Gergely has agreed, and an upload will be done in the next seven days. Well, "seven days" turned out to be a _little_ optimistic. However, finally, 2.0.12 with the new maintainer team listed has today been uploaded to experimental. I'm afraid that it wouldn't be a good idea to upload to unstable before sarge's release. So the upload to unstable will be delayed for a few days or even weeks until it can be seen where and if sarge is going.
