That should probably be 'configuration'. Is there any real reason for packaging this? The last release was in 2003 - and it includes it's own copy of libfox because it won't cope with newer versions. The more recent file manager, xfe, which is included in Debian already is built on top of xwc. It looks the same, it acts the same, but it's more recent and already present.
