I am not sure this package is well-suited for sponsoring.
(no upstream tarball, one upload a year on average, etc.)

Yes!
The source package include a script that build new `upstream' tarball
from the www.eterm.org website. 0.9.2 is the compatibility level, the
rest is the date the script is run.

There is only one bug reported that should be fixed when Eterm 0.9.3
reach unstable.
