This package consists of two programs: extractdiff and excludediff. They are for extracting or excluding patches from patch files. If you want to apply only the part of patchfile that applies to the doc directory, use extractdiff '*/doc/*' patchfile. If you want to apply all of the changes between version 6 and 7 except for the one to irq.c, use excludediff '*/irq.c' patch-6-to-7. Where is it?
