Hi everybody, I have a package for pgfplots-1.3.0 in my ppa at
https://launchpad.net/~johannes-reinhardt/+archive/ppa/+packages The packaging is mostly copied from the pgf package, the package is lintian clean and working as far as I can see. If anybody is interested or can tell me what I have to do to get it in Debian, I will try to do my best.
