After some discussion with upstream, a few conclusions were reached:

    1. libkcompat is being slowly incorporated into liburcu [1].
    2. ust already build-depends on liburcu.
    3. no other applications use libkcompat.

So the decision was made to pull the remaining libkcompat source files
directly into ust.

Therefore, this ITP is no longer valid.
