Hi all, I intend to package php-phpdocumentor using the available Pear Module [0]. Even the Pear module is licensed under LGPL, I've noticed the file 'phpDocumentor/Converters/XML/DocBook/peardoc2/Plain.php' was release under PHP 2.02 license. I've filed a bug [1] asking to consider the file to be relicensed before taking any further step.
