Indeed, since we'll be targeting a debian release that is some 2 years
away from the present, it is quite likely that celt will in fact be
bitstream frozen by then too (or replaced by a derivative that is).

Adjusting to the newer API should be trivial, the main catch is the
bitstream compatibility.  I don't think we should be looking at
packaging celt 0.5 retroactively though, we should be looking ahead.
