hello debian and ubuntu sparkleshare packagers, with respect to future syncing between debian / ubuntu, i'd like to hereby establish a link between jeremy's ubuntu ppa [1] and this bug report [2]. it appears to me that the ubuntu package has some packaging issues (several lintian errors, and possibly a refresh on a git subtree from the network while building), so that won't close the itp immediately, but i suppose joining efforts is worth considering.
