I prepared preliminary packages, which are available from http://madhouse-project.org/algernon/git-flow/. Haven't tested it much yet, and there's probably a few things to tweak to make it better (I'm planning to include the bash & zsh completions aswell), but it's in a good enough shape for basic testing.
