Tuomo Valkonen intended his first modified-LGPL to forbid use of 'ion'
in any filenames in a modified version[1], and I don't believe this was
rescinded. This goes beyond what is allowed by DFSG ΒΆ4. His
relicensing may not have legal force since he was not the only author of
Ion, but when judging whether software meets DFSG we generally assume
that all licence conditions are enforceable.

[1] This was discussed on debian-private with the subject
"Ion3/ParticleMan licence" on 17-20 November 2007. I can also provide
my earlier correspondence with Tuomo for anyone that is interested.
