I think the Vcs-Git field has an invalid value, though. And the
Vcs-Browser might need to be adapted to the alioth change in git
hosting (the git → anonscm thing).

Well, I don't see any license issue here to warrant +dfsg, these are
binaries built from the sources. It's always been more of a cleanliness
issue, take into account that besides the binaries there's also the
assembler output junk, which makes the tarball go from 83 KiB in Debian
to 1.5 MiB in upstream, which seems like a waste. There's some people
using the +ds convention (for debian source) when repacking upstream
sources, but as long as there's no legal issues, I personally tend to
find it ugly, YMMV.
