It's PEAR who creates the .reg file dynamically, right? I mean, it's because you do "pear channel-add channel.xml" that the .reg is created. So in a way, *you* created the file, and we can ship it to the license type you decide, don't you think? At least, that's my view on the issue. Comments would be appreciated.
