not official, but there are OpenOffice.org packages. Use:

        deb http://apt-proxy.sourceforge.net/openoffice unstable main contrib
        or
        deb http://ftp.vpn-junkies.de/openoffice unstable main contrib

The Version 1.0 of OpenOffice.org is packaged and available.
I will upload the package for PPC today as well (it finished this night
