I think you're a little late on this ITP. Bug #103471 was filed months ago by Daniel Stone, and you can see the current packages done by the Apache2 team (not sure who this team currently consists of other than thom) at the following URL: http://non-us.debian.org/~thom/apache2/ AFAIK, these packages are expected to be uploaded to Unstable any day (week?) now. ...
