Looks DFSG-free.
I may be eventually willing to package it as I have not yet packaged
a library. However I will have to get a closer look at it for which
I am too busy ATM.
I will have time to do it past 1.07.2002 I think. If it's worth it
(it seems so) - I'll package it.
If you're willing to package it faster - rename it to ITP then.
