Hi, There was already another ITP for qupzilla (#657791), although it's an old one and may be abandoned. Could you contact Mohammed Sameer <msam...@foolab.org> and ask him/her if he/she wants to abandon or co-maintain this package with you?
Once you've done this, you should set the right owner in both bugs and merge them.
