I won't ITP it now as I don't know yet:
1. What about using kaffe with GPL-incompatible apps/libs (like all from apache project) http://www.kaffe.org/pipermail/kaffe/2002-August/008702.html http://www.kaffe.org/pipermail/kaffe/2002-August/008717.html I will probably take a while until the things clear out. If we cannot use kaffe with for ex. ant - then I'll really be looking for some serious alternative. 2. If SableVM is another research-mainly-not-for-ordinary-usage project that doesn't support for ex. jar files and has no ambitnions to be seriously used? 3. I haven't yet packaged any JVM ;-) nah - it can't be harder than packaging FireBird ;-) Regards Grzegorz B. Prokopski
