I intent to package libdigest-nilsimsa-perl (CPAN module Digest::Nilsimsa).
This is the extended description:

 A nilsimsa signature is a statistic of n-gram occurance in a piece of text.
 It is a 256 bit value usually represented in hex. This module is a wrapper
 around nilsimsa implementation in C by cmeclax.

The perl module was written by Chad Norwood. Everything is GPLed.

[ I packaged this to be able to see razor v2 working in my system
