I've taken a look at this and it doesn't appear that the OBS packages are in any shape to be used even as a basis for a Debian package. I attempted to import the generated source package into git and it just didn't have enough of the required metadata in it to work (e.g. missing debian/changelog so it couldn't even work out a version number). Creating a Debian package, especially if you're familiar with the build system, is not a difficult challenge though.
