I'm making a new Snes9x package for debian, I would want to know what's the 
license of this manpage, snes9x.1. Also, it's not clear if the whole packaging

licence applicable for Debian (BSD, MIT, GFDL, CC-SA or Microsoft EULA).
Pick the one best for the community. I do not know about Crows /
Stephens original work.
