I cannot clone the repository due to "server certificate verification
failed". Can you just upload to collab-maint instead?

The pgspecial is in [0] right now. But I need to repack it with snapshot
to get a properly copyright information. Also, the git/http is broken
for this repository, and I need to figure it out.
