Following the advice in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=811377#10 I request an adopter for the startpar package, which should be taken over along with sysvinit and insserv. The package description is: Used by the sysv-rc boot system executor to run init.d scripts in parallel while making sure the script output is not completely messed up.
