  Description : Catalyst plugin implementing base server functionality

 Catalyst::Plugin::Server is a Perl module that extends Catalyst by providing
 a basic XMLRPC server using the RPC::XML module (see librpc-xml-perl). There
 is also support planned for a SOAP server. This module replaces the feature
 set formerly provided by Catalyst::Plugin::XMLRPC.

NOTE: this package used to be part of libcatalyst-modules-perl. It's
>800 lines long, so I'd like to split it into its own package. Also
lets us patch things (to fix FTBFS issues with RPC::XML)
