Well first, reprozip usage is restricted to Linux, and reprounzip requires some form of Linux runtime to execute the experiment. So, I believe the short description is quite accurate. Besides, keep in mind that there is also a long description associated with it, which I took verbatim from PyPI. Would you prefer "on Linux platforms" instead?
