Just a little followup, hopefully we'll get todoman in sid soon... With python3-parsedate in unstable, the package for todoman should be almost ready.
I still need sphinx-autorun to enter unstable (see #863982) to build the doc. You can check https://git.gueux.org/todoman.git if you want to have a look.
