InSpec [1] from Chef is a tool for checking a security compliance rules (like the CIS benchmarks, PCI DSS etc.) is met on a machine or in a Docker container etc. The developers are providing Debian and Ubuntu packages, but it appears none for Debian 9 yet [2]. Maybe this could be integrated into Debian. The tool is also integrated into ChefDK [3], but when I see it right this isn't available yet, too. For more info (if one could read German), there were German articles on this lately [4].
