A fork[1,2], acknowledged by upstream exists, but it only provides support for the PHP part of the code, which is, as stated in my first point, inexistent in this package; * csstidy's departure from Debian won't impact any other packagei (only one package, universalindentgui, recommends it), as there is none that depend on it, and there seem to be too little interest in the package to have the current maintained PHP software repackaged to replace this one. Therefore, and unaccordingly to myself, I'm not in.
