Well, there isn't (yet) a legal issue as such, but I have heard some 
rumours from people who are in the know.

so, I thought I would be pro-active and stop the main development page. 
I have still given the code to anyone who asked for it (via email).

I can give you the current code which I believe is quite stable. I will 
attach it. Perhaps you can treat it as a snapshot release. Ignore the 
debian directory, it was my attempt.
