The packaging is in progress and does seem to build. However, there are errors during the build as well as other issues with it. Note also the TODO added to the debian/changelog:
* d/copyright: missing year, and (maybe) copyright holder -> Copyright: 2018 Nick Prater, NP Broadcast Limited * d/control: perl (>= 5.19.5) is what dh-make-perl makes from List::Util: '1.33' until recently that should be "perl (>= 5.19.5) | libscalar-list-utils-perl (>= 1:1.33)", since we have versioned provides "libscalar-list-utils-perl (>= 1:1.33)" is enough * d/control: short description should be a noun phrase * tests throw warnings and worse: they try to connect to the internet which is a policy violation An issue was opened with upstream inquiring about the errors that come up during a package build, which also occur during a simple 'perl Makefile.PL && make test' of the module: https://github.com/nick-prater/WebService-HMRC/issues/2 The progress of the packaging itself can be tracked at its code repository at: https://salsa.debian.org/perl-team/modules/packages/libwebservice-hmrc-perl -- Robert J.
