The package description is: Collection of utilities for python-requests It provides transport adapters: FingerprintAdapter, SSLAdapter, SourceAddressAdapter, SocketOptionsAdapter, TCPKeepAliveAdapter Petter and I both no longer have need for the package as it was package as a dependency for creepy which is no longer in the archive. It has picked up a few other reverse dependencies since though, so the package is used. The old Alioth git repository can be found archived here: https://alioth-archive.debian.org/git/collab-maint/ It could be a good package for a new-comer to pick up.
