Description : Run any Windows program through Proton

I've been maintaining this package and uploading it onto the program's GitHub
releases page since version 2.2.2.
I'm interested in getting this package into Debian so that it can just be
installed via apt instead of needing to download a stray deb file.
The only thing this package depends on is Steam, which is outside the Debian
distribution, so this package should go into contrib.

Closing this bug because the package rust-proton-call is now in NEW
and this ITP is therefore no longer needed! Thank you to everyone who
has helped me with the process, I now know a lot more about Debian
packaging than I did at the start.
