Note that this package was removed from testing and unstable recently for the reasons in http://lists.debian.org/debian-release-0308/msg00024.html. You should probably retrieve that package from snapshot.debian.net and at least include the old Debian changelog; perhaps something can be salvaged from the packaging too.
