Description : dkms source for the rtl8821cu network driver

This is the driver for the RealTek RTL8811CU/RTL8821CU USB WiFi controllers,
which are not supported by mainline Linux kernel this days.
Since there is the generated firmware BLOB is the source files, the package
will go to non-free/kernel section of the archive.

It is too late to get into bookworm now and bookworm +1 will have Linux >= 6.2.
When Linux 6.2 arrives in Debian please ask for CONFIG_RTW88_8821CU to be
enabled.
We should not introduce this as a separate package.

For the firmware: It might be available in kernel.org's linux-firmware project.
Else please ask them about the license situation when Realtek does not respond.
