Hi Arturo, I just filed an ITP for zellij yesterday (#1073803, somehow missed out this one), and came to know about this existing ITP only now.
I have been working towards packaging zellij, by packaging its dependency tree, since ~late-jan - early-feb this year. I am already at over 50 crates packaged, although a significant part of the effort is still remaining. From what I can see, you haven't started on this yet (assuming since I don't see any dependency uploads). So, do you mind me taking over this ITP? Of course, zellij is huge and having a co-maintainer will be incredibly helpful, so whichever one you think is better can be chosen. On another note, seeing your interest in zellij, you could really help me out by uploading the zellij dependencies I have packaged. I am only a DM yet and cannot upload to NEW, so there are 30+ crates that I have packaged left to be uploaded. Rust team has a huge number of packages and not enough sponsors; you can improve this situation if you choose to be a sponsor. My original intention was to ITP zellij after I made sure that I could take care of this properly, but since it has seen a clash here, it seems that I should have known better. In any case, I'll merge the ITP bugs later. Best, Ananthu
