The package description is: Utilities to easily switch GTK+ themes that can be run from the console, and has an optional GUI dock and theme preview. It can install themes downloaded from gtk.themes.org as well straight from the tarball. . The package contains two binaries, switch and switch2, which respectively are for previewing/installing GTK+ 1.x themes and GTK+ 2.x themes. The package is low maintenance, but requires knowledge of C and GTK+ 1.x and 2.x to fix some of the weirder bugs against it. I'm orphaning this basically because I don't know enough GTK+. There are no RC bugs against gtk-theme-switch, however. This is a nice starter package for an amateur Debian maintainer, provided he/she knows GTK+. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8.1 Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (ignored: LC_ALL set to en_US.UTF-8) --------------------------------------- Received: (at 266231-done) by bugs.debian.org; 2 Oct 2004 12:52:46 +0000 >From [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat Oct 02 05:52:45 2004 Return-path: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Received: from vwisb7.vkw.tu-dresden.de [141.30.51.183] by spohr.debian.org with esmtp (Exim 3.35 1 (Debian)) id 1CDjNV-0008Lo-00; Sat, 02 Oct 2004 05:52:45 -0700 Received: from vwisb7 ([141.30.51.183] helo=[127.0.0.1]) by vwisb7.vkw.tu-dresden.de with esmtp (Exim 4.30) id 1CDjNM-0004x4-GA; Sat, 02 Oct 2004 14:52:36 +0200 Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Sat, 02 Oct 2004 14:53:21 +0200 From: Torsten Werner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040810 Debian/1.7.2-2 X-Accept-Language: de, en, el, zh, zh-cn, ru MIME-Version: 1.0 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] CC: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: hi hi, gtk-theme-switch References: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii; format=flowed Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Delivered-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 2.60-bugs.debian.org_2004_03_25 (1.212-2003-09-23-exp) on spohr.debian.org X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-3.0 required=4.0 tests=BAYES_00 autolearn=no version=2.60-bugs.debian.org_2004_03_25 X-Spam-Level: Pedro Villavicencio Garrido wrote: > ok so the package is debian native so there is no 'orig package'(apt- > cache showsrc gtk-theme-switch) so i do this, move the package.tar.gz > to package.orig.tar.gz and then generate the diff with that, so here is > the diff.gz. Hello Pedro, sorry for the delay. I think it is not possible to rename the orig.tar.gz without changing the version. So I have left the package to be debian native and I have set the new version to 2.0.2. Thanks, Torsten
