  Description : AMPL solver library

The AMPL Solver Library (ASL) provides a standardized API for reading and
evaluating optimization problems formulated in the AMPL modeling language. It
supports linear, nonlinear, and mixed-integer models and is used by
AMPL-compatible solvers to access problem data and compute function and
derivative values efficiently.

I plan to maintain this package under the umbrella of the Debian Math Team.

Note that there are conflicting filenames with the existing asl package, e.g.,
libasl.so. To mitigate this, I plan to preface the library name with the
"ampl-"
prefix, so libasl.so will become libampl-asl.so.

Oops -- I just realized this was already packaged as libamplsolver.
