This is another package I'm not going to be able to devote time to.  It is 
the Mail::Bulkmail perl module from CPAN.  It has a couple of issues.  
One, there is a newer version (3.07) available on CPAN.  (There is an 
open bug about this so atleast one person cares.)  The license for 
one the components is no longer DFSG-free so the prospective new 
maintainer will have to chase after the author and try and get him to fix 
that.  Also there may be work to be done to ensure a smooth upgrade for 
users of the current package.
