* Package name : unace
Version : 1.2b
Upstream Author : Marcel Lemke <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
* URL : None. Google for "unace-1.2b.tar.gz"
* License : Ambigous
Description : De-archiver for .ace files
I'm referring to the 1.2b release which has been discontinued upstream
but still lies around. Although current upstream releases are clearly
non-free, the license 1.2b release (which comes with source code) is ambigous.
It seems it was the author's intention that 1.2b was freely distributable
and modifiable, but he didn't clarify that in the sources.
I'll ask the author to re-license either 1.2b or a more recent version under
a free software license.
