I request an adopter for the xsnow package. Someone who can give it a good
home. The license is nonfree and the latest upstream requires adding a
permission statement to the license information to avoid a GPL violation.
I can give the information to the next maintainer.

The package description is:
Xsnow is the X Windows application that will let it snow on the
root window, in between and on windows. Santa and his reindeer
 will complete your festive-season feeling.

New maintainer and new upstream version uploaded, so I close these bugs.
