Hello, As far as i can read in the README file, pymedia has no dependencies except if you would like to add codecs like lame or ffmpeg. Quote from the README :
Dependencies
PyMedia has no external dependencies if you use basic funtionality.
Hovewer if you want to get more codecs, you should install
appropriate libraries. Here is the list:
- libvorbis
- libogg
- mp3lame
- libfaad2
So what do you think about that ? I think we don't need no additional
non DFSG software. I will begin to package this software as soon as we
have solved this license problem.
