What do you mean by package-by-package? Version by Version? I don't think I'll have the time to maintain these package properly, but if you think can do that, i.e. answer the bug reports in the debian BTS, packaging new versions, making sure they fit in nicely with the other Haskell packages, I'll be happy to be your sponsor, meaning I'll sign and upload the packages.
