Hi Marcio, I see you prepared packages for libiec61883 to address #330601. I've read an objection concerning the name of the library package which you seem to have addressed already. I'm one of the GStreamer maintainers, and we are currently waiting for libiec61883 to upload a new upstream release of gst-plugins-good which requires this library.
