Description: client utilities for File Service Protocol (FSP)
FSP is an alternative to anonymous FTP. In the words of the developers,
``FSP is what anonymous FTP *should* be''. FSP is a protocol, a bit like
FTP, for moving files around. It's designed for anonymous archives, and
has protection against server and network overloading. It doesn't use
connections, so it can survive things falling over. It's also designed to
prevent network congestion, so it can be very nice for large transfers over
 slow links.

Description: A File Service Protocol (FSP) server
FSP is an alternative to anonymous FTP that is very resource friendly.
The server does not fork so it can handle far more concurrent users.
Also, the protocol is designed with a transmission failure backoff, so
its transfers do not interfere with interactive network applications.
 .
If you don't provide anonymous FTP access, you probably don't want this
 software either.
